Tendring District Council has released new data showing rising levels of tenant satisfaction following improvements in social housing repair services.
The council reported faster response times, increased complaint resolution rates, and higher satisfaction scores across multiple performance metrics under the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) framework.
However, despite this local progress, experts warn that national inequality in housing service delivery remains a significant issue. Consistent investment and monitoring are required to achieve balanced housing standards countrywide.
