Sefaret is one of the founding partners at MIYA specializes in Personal Injury with over 20 years of experience. She completed her LLB Law Degree in Turkey then she completed her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School.

Sefaret has good communication skills and relations with local Turkish and Kurdish speaking communities which made her well known in the communities in London. She has taken active part in marketing doing a live radio programs every week and given advice on personal injury cases. She also wrote regular articles for a local newspaper in London. She still does TV programs in Turkish that still makes her known in the community and is fluent in Turkish and Kurdish.

Sefaret was one of the most successful partners at a large high street firm of solicitors in London where she practiced for more than 10 years. She worked in a very busy and successful Personal Injury team handling  most complicated high value cases, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, medical negligence cases, serious injury and fatal high court cases. She is a determined person aiming to get best results for her clients and her determination made her  a good litigator who is able to handle a challenging caseload, both through negotiations and the courts.

Sefaret is a member  of Personal Injury Lawyers ( APIL) and has achieved significant victories  in settlement of very complex cases including the one she settled for  £15m for a tetraplegic client.

Gjini v Urban Ltd – Sefaret represented a client who suffered multiple serious injuries  at his work place but negligence  was denied. Sefaret  achieved settlement for £860K

BD V Hassle Free Ltd- Sefaret represented a  client who  had spinal fractures in an accident at work and   successfully settled the case for  £850K

R.A v S Foods-  Sefaret  represented a client who was a victim of an accident at work where the client’s employment was in dispute  and the case was contested all the way to  the court and achieved settlement for  £365K

MP V Axa Insurance-  Sefaret represented a client who had serious injuries in a road traffic accident and the case was settled  for £268.000

R.B V Sharif- Sefaret represented a client who  was a pedestrian and hit by a car,  liability was contested but settlement was achieved for  £290K

M.O v Endsleigh Insurance- Sefaret achieved  settlement for a client who was victim of a road traffic accident, for £170K
