Enis Rifat is a consultant since 2019 at Miya Solicitors.
Enis was admitted as a solicitor in 1992. He became a partner very early in his career at Pollard Solicitors in Borehamwood and practised as a sole practitioner from 2006 to 2010 before his practice was taken over by Hugh Jones LLP, where he became a partner.
Enis has over 33 years of experience in a range of areas of law including civil and commercial litigation, property litigation, family law and immigration cases.
He also deals with non-contentious matters such as drafting Wills including Trust Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate (as well as contentious probate).
He is bi-lingual in English and Turkish.
