Mustafa Ibrahim is a Director specializing in clinical negligence and personal injury. He has represented many clients who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of negligence including claims resulting in fatality, psychiatric injury and Criminal Injuries. He has a long successful track record and his experience and dedication to his clients has led to many life-changing victories.

Mustafa now mainly deals with all aspects of clinical negligence such as delayed/wrong diagnosis, surgical errors, birthing injuries (including cerebral palsy), substandard treatment,  cosmetic and dental negligence .

He also speaks Turkish and in his spare time enjoys travelling, reading and sports. Most of all, though, he loves spending time with his family and loved ones.

Some Notable Cases

  • PR of the estate of A -v- X NHS Trust [2021]: Through careful evaluation and collaboration with his barrister, paramedic expert, and cardiologist, Mustafa successfully secured settlement for the estate of a young teenager  in this complex and disputed case of causation after the child tragically collapsed at school.
  • PR of the estate of B -v- Q [2021]:  Mustafa was successful in obtaining a settlement in a fatal accident claim where a mother of two was tragically crushed to death by a truck and liability was contested.
  • PR of the estate of C –v- Y NHS Trust (2022): Mustafa successfully represented a bereaved widow whose spouse had tragically fallen from a ladder, was then admitted to hospital and underwent a large craniotomy procedure. During this operation, there was considerable blood loss which the attending surgeon failed to adequately control. Liability was denied and it was a complex case due to its nature as it required scrutiny of potential criticisms directed at the doctor during surgery, the effects of these criticisms on the Deceased’s outcome as well as the complexities surrounding the Deceased’s business affairs both in the UK and abroad.
  • E v Z NHS Trust (2021)- Mustafa was able to obtain a six figure sum for a client who was misdiagnosed with Tuberculosis despite liability and causation being firmly disputed.
  • DVB -v- Z NHS Trust (2023): Mustafa represented a client who had suffered from a severe long-term disability as the result of a delayed diagnosis of subarachnoid haemorrhage. Despite the formidable challenges presented by this case, Mustafa was able to successfully secure a seven figure settlement of the claim, which provided much needed relief to the client and their family.
